Refund and Returns Policy

Our exchange and returns policy lasts 7 working days. If 7 working days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return and exchange, your item must be:

  1. Showing signs of extensive damage that make it impossible for the product to be used – this damage has to have been of our doing. Damages caused by you or the courier company render the item unreturnable and a refund is not issued.
  2. Must be unused by you.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We will require a video and pictures illustrating the damage to the product. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your return will be processed and a new product will be sent to you.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Sale items cannot be exchanged.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should email us or WhatsApp us on 0634132074 to receive the address and further instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds. We only offer exchanges with the above conditions.
